Ideal work hours for home/work balance:
4 days a week and about 30 hours.
We strive to provide excellent service and care to the Cecil County community which requires staff to share our vision.
Our dental receptionist is the first to be seen and provide ease to our patients upon entering the office.
Dental office experience is required.
Salary is negotiable based on experience level.
Responsibilities Acknowledgement and interaction with patients in a professional manner whether on the phone or in person Schedule and confirm appointments Consistently monitor the schedule in consideration of production and capacity.
Accurately check insurance benefits Collect patient payments Maintain accurate patient records and timely follow up of patient paperwork and updates Respond to patient or doctor request Additional responsibilities as needed and as appropriate Follow strict compliance with HIPPA and patient privacy Qualifications Good interpersonal skills to maintain positive rapport with patients, dentist, other staff members and community Effective verbal skills to communicate clearly and professionally with patients and staff Professional personal presentation Computer literacy Positive attitude and ability to multitask Benefits Competitive compensation and benefits package Dental Benefits 401(K) and Profit Sharing PTO and Paid Holidays Uniform allowance Job Type:
