Our concept features a true Chesapeake Bay Crab House dining experience with a focus on fresh seafood.
Daytime availability is a requirement between the hours of 11am-4pm for this position.
Hourly pay starts at minimum wage, but can be discussed based on applicant experience.
This is a great first job for high school students with a flexible schedule, or a mature individual with day-time availability, or anyone that has a passion for the restaurant industry and customer service, but might have limited experience.
On-the-job training is provided.
Host Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):
Answer incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
Seating guests according to turn, using a seating chart.
Managing a wait list and utilizing a guest manager app.
Taking in-house TO-GO orders over the phone and assisting with Door Dash and Grub Hub.
Helping bus tables (if needed).
Relaying accurate and general information about the restaurant and utilizing menu knowledge to assist any inquiries by our guests.
Hosts are the first and last face our guests see when dining in the restaurant.
They are relied upon to ensure that our guests have a wonderful experience in our establishment! Job Types:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
