Annual Sleep Shift Bonus $1,000 Sign-on Bonus ($400 paid after 6 months and $600 paid after 12 months of employment based upon satisfactory reviews) Openings for the following schedules:
Schedule A - Residential Weekends, Overnight Awake -CMT needed 10PM Fri - 12pm Sat 10PM Sat - 12PM Sun 10PM Sun - 8:
30AM Mon Schedule B - Residential Weekends, Dayshift LEAD - CMT needed FRI 3PM - 10:
15PM SAT 7AM - 10:
15PM SUN 7AM - 10:
15PM Schedule C - Residential Weekday Overnight Awake - CMT needed MON, TUE, WED, THU nights into FRI morning:

45AM end shift Schedule D - Residential Aid/DSP, Afternoons 4 days during the week, 3:
30pm - 9:
30pm 1 weekend day for a 12 hr.

30am Responsibilities include:
Assisting with daily living and personal care/hygiene of individuals to include bathing, dressing, scheduling client appointments.
transportation to appointments, preparing meals to meet specific client dietary needs, and community interaction.
Conduct general household tasks to maintain a safe, sanitary and clean residence in accordance with the Health Department standards.
Participate in staff meetings and trainings as required and be familiar with agency rules and regulations.
Engage in a positive professional manner with the individuals and the families of the individuals we serve, staff, health care professionals, and in all representation of CCR.
Assure adherence to center policies and standards, as well as applicable licensing/regulatory requirements.
Participate in the Person Centered Plan (PCP) process including development, implementation and documentation of outcomes, as requested.
Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned by supervisor.
CMT Preferred.
On-site training provided, if necessary.
You will have to work the Residential Aid shift until the next CMT class.
