Sales Executive
An exciting opportunity now exits to join our multi-line Insurance and Financial Services Agency as a Sales Producer! We represent the Allstate Good Hands brand and we are searching for enthusiastic, hard-working, and driven Sales Producers to join one of our local Allstate offices.
We are currently seeking experienced sales professionals for positions within our office. Ideal candidates are team-oriented, committed to serving current client base and significantly growing our business with a stream of new customers.
Responsibilities
Prospecting and generating new business through networking, leads & referrals
Deepening household relationships by selling additional Allstate products
Generating quotes at a high volume
Conducting policy reviews and updating policies and coverage's as needed
We are looking for strong and driven producers, our customer service is handled through a completely different department
Building relationships
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Computer literate
Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
Must have ability to multi-task
Good organizational skills
Efficient and driven to fulfill client needs
Compensation Plan
For experienced producers our compensation plan contains one of the highest commission structures available in the Mid-Atlantic Region.
Desired
A property and casualty license with one year minimum insurance agency experience preferred but NOT requiredEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
