General Cleaner

Provides the cleaning and upkeep of an assigned area in the building.
Cleaner must be flexible and willing to complete all tasks that are assigned.
Duties may include cleaning and maintaining carpets and hard surface floors by vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors.
Dusting furniture, pictures, ventilation, lights and blinds, emptying wastebaskets, cleaning windows, restrooms and other normal cleaning and maintenance duties.
Must be flexible in other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements:
Report through the Control Office/Inventory Control Manager to ensure that tickets are properly printed Understand chemicals usage Vacuum offices and common areas Change productively and handle other tasks Provide cleaning, floor care and project services as directed by supervisor Know will enjoy an experience truly value at a competitive price Cleaning and maintaining designated areas Perform cleaning in a manner that meet or exceed cleaning standards as outlined in the department policies Pulling trash, dusting, cleaning restrooms, vacuuming, and other cleaning duties as assigned by supervisor Understand that doing the little things well mean everything Follow effective and proper procedures Build relationships with coworkers, leaders, staff, patients and families in a professional manner Operate and maintain all floor cleaning/finishing equipment to include but not limited to floor buffer/burnishes, water extraction machine, and carpet cleaning equipment Oversee cleaning and maintenance of busses Polishing floors using industrial equipment Prepare trash for disposal by separating garbage and recyclable items Perform quality control assessment, equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
